Working principle of swimming pool three-in-one constant temperature dehumidification heat pump

2022-05-13
The main purpose of a dehumidification system is to keep the humidity in the pool area free from building damage. Relative humidity is a measure of air humidity, which is the percentage between the moisture in the air and the maximum moisture the air can hold at a given dry bulb temperature. Hot air has more humidity than cold air. Therefore, while the actual humidity of the air remains constant, the relative humidity decreases as the dry bulb temperature increases. The temperature and humidity sensor at the return air outlet dehumidifies by detecting the return air humidity control device, and controls the air humidity in the swimming pool space within the comfortable range of the human body (65±5%). When the return air humidity is 5% higher than the set humidity (65%), the controller starts the compressor to dehumidify. When the return air humidity is lower than 5% of the set humidity, the controller controls the compressor to stand by.

The unit's fan draws warm, moist air from the pool. Air flows through the evaporator coils and transfers thermal energy to the refrigerant. This energy exchange can lower the air temperature below its dew point and form dew on the evaporator coil. Condensate flows into the unit's condensate collection tray and drains. The low-temperature and low-pressure liquid refrigerant evaporates by absorbing the heat in the air through the evaporator, and then enters the compressor of the equipment, and is compressed into a high-temperature and high-pressure gas refrigerant. High temperature and high pressure gas refrigerant either transfers heat to air heating through an air reheat coil (reheat condenser) or transfers heat to the pool water through a pool water condenser to maintain a constant temperature. When air heating is required, the use of air reheating coils, high-temperature gas refrigerants and cold air cooled and dehumidified by the evaporator for energy exchange can increase the air temperature and achieve the purpose of heating. If the pool water needs to be heated, the high temperature and high pressure gas refrigerant will flow into the pool water condenser and transfer the heat to the constant temperature heating of the pool water to save 10 sets of energy consumption.
